Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 bunches spinach washed well
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • When the oil is hot, add the spinach and cook, tossing with tongs, until wilted and tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
