How to Cook Sausage in the Oven
How to cook perfectly golden brown sausages using your oven, from fresh or frozen.

- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 4 Italian sausage links fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the sausages on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 30 mintues for fresh and 40-50 mintues for frozen. Flip the meat halfway trhough the cook time. The sausages are done when they register 160°F on an instant-read thermometer.
