Pan-Fried Chorizo
How to pan-fry chorizo on the stove.

- 1 tbsp olive oil optional
- 1 pound chorizo whole or cut into 1/2-inch rounds
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. If desired, add the olive oil and warm until the oil is shimmering.
Add the sausage and cook, stirring occassionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
