Corn on the Cob in the Oven

  • Alumium foil
  • pastry brush
  • Small bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 a lemon or lime
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 100 grams of finely grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Husk the ears of corn.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil.
  • Place the corn on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and coat the corn in the seasoning. Roast for 20 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  • When the corn is done, remove it from the oven and coat the ears of corn in the sauce. Serve warm
